The FSR Annual Training provides a comprehensive interdisciplinary programme on the legal, economic, policy and regulatory issues faced by the regulatory authorities, market players and policy makers in the electronic communications sector and the digital world.
The edition of the programme 2018-2019 divided in three blocks (i.e. from 5 November 2018 to 17 May 2019) will provide insight on the following topics:
- The theory and principles of regulation and competition;
- Networks: Access, investment, technical problems, geographic regulation;
- Spectrum;
- Net neutrality;
- Legal and regulatory issues raised by artificial Intelligence, big data, cloud computing, security and blockchain technology
Speakers include European policy makers, former and current regulators, renowned academics and industry specialists.
